- Items must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Sale/discounted items are not eligible for refund (only exchange possible in some cases).
- Accessories (e.g., masks, undergarments) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products.
- If the required size/product is not available, you may choose another product of the same value.
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
